MAJ. GEN. DAVID BALDWIN, USA, RETIRED

MAJ. GEN. DAVID BALDWIN, USA, RETIRED

Prior to his military retirement, Major General David Baldwin served as commander of the California National Guard, the largest, most tasked National Guard force in the United States, with an authorized strength of 23,000 personnel. Maj. Gen. Baldwin’s military education includes the Infantry Officer Basic Course, Armor Officer’s Advanced Course, the Army War College, CAPSTONE, General and Flag Officer Homeland Security Executive Seminar, and Senior Executives in National and International Security (SENIS). His civilian education includes a Bachelor of Science in medical microbiology from Stanford University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.

Maj. Gen. Baldwin was personally awarded the Badge of Glory and Honor by the Ukraine Chief of Defense (Chief of the Armed Forces) and the President of Ukraine’s Order of Merit Second Class for Distinguished Service to Ukraine.

MAJ. GEN. GLENN CURTIS, USA, RETIRED

MAJ. GEN. GLENN CURTIS, USA, RETIRED

Major General Curtis is a tremendous leader with unparalleled technical and tactical skills proven throughout his 37-year career in the U.S. Army. Prior to his retirement, he commanded 11,500 soldiers and airmen as Adjunct General of the Louisiana Army and Air National Guard. Maj. Gen. Curtis served as Co-Chairman of the Louisiana Cybersecurity Commission, integrating DoD cybersecurity capabilities at the state and local levels. While deployed, he served as Chief of Staff for the Office of Project and Contracting in Iraq, responsible for the $23.5B Iraqi Reconstruction Project.

Maj. Gen. Curtis has extensive experience in demining operations. He commanded the 225th Engineer Brigade from 2002-2004 and oversaw demining operations across a 5000 acre Area of Responsibility in Afghanistan. As a deterrent, the Russians laid the mines years before across thousands of acres, including Bagram Air Field.

JENNIFER MUMME

Colonel Mumme is an emergency management disaster recovery and response specialist. Her experiences in logistics coordination for senior state leaders and management of muti-level communications leverages well-planned strategic messages during storm preparation and in the aftermath of natural disasters.

Colonel Mumme has provided safe passage routes for officials during disasters and emergencies throughout her 21-year career serving the Louisiana National Guard, recognized in nearly every historic event in Louisiana since 2010’s Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.
